We celebrated Easter with my mom's side of the family on Saturday, April 3rd. We had our gathering at my mom & dad's house. So many of our family members were able to come and it made my heart so happy! We had such a great day together.
My mom's birthday fell on Easter day this year, so we threw her in a little surprise birthday party! She was so surprised.
One of my aunts brought games for the kiddos to play! She even brought some awesome prizes for them. I keep telling her that she should be in the party planning business. She's so good at it! The kids loved it. It also kept them occupied while the mamas hid the Easter eggs!
Then it was time for the egg hunt! All of the kid's baskets were full to the rim. There were so many eggs!!!

And all the kiddos together. This makes me sad! The number of egg hunters is dwindling as the kids are getting older. Time for my cousins to start having some babies!!!
What a sweet day with family!! We ate, we talked, we laughed, we played games, the kids hunted eggs, we ate again, and again, and again. It was the best time.
