{Mason's 8th birthday}

Back in May, we celebrated Mason's EIGHTH birthday! I'm not sure how we got to eight so fast. It seems like it happens overnight, doesn't it? Excuse me while I go cry in a corner somewhere. But really, Mason is such a fun kid. Difficult to the core, but fun nonetheless. He always keeps us on our toes, makes us laugh with his witty sense of humor, and loves like no other. We are so blessed to call him ours!

As our gift to Mason, we got him a new bike. He was starting to outgrow the one he had, so a new one was in order. He picked it out and was so ecstatic about it.

Mason couldn't decide what he wanted to do for his birthday. And then we had a couple of trips planned, so his party got pushed back to June. He finally settled on Urban Air Trampoline Park. We had such a good turn-out and the party went off without a hitch. It was actually a very stress-free party, which I can appreciate!

We are so blessed to have the family and friends that we do!

And, I always try to take pictures of Mason around his birthday to capture who he is at that age. We went to a new to us park and the sun was harsh and the shadows from the trees were hard to work with. But, if you know Mason you'd know he loathes pictures so packing up and moving to another location wasn't an option!
