For as long as I can remember, we've always celebrated Christmas on Christmas Eve with my family. Even as children, we'd talk our parents into letting us open a gift or two on Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve is one of my favorite days of the year. The anticipation leading up to Christmas and all of the traditions and festivities make this gal's heart so incredibly happy.
After church, we all went to lunch at El Fenix and then back to my parent's house. There we played games, opened gifts, and chowed down on an awesome charcuterie board that my mom and sister put together. It was an amazing time of togetherness, laughs, making memories, and all of the wonderful things.
My parents gave the older boys money this year so that they could buy whatever they wanted. But, they wanted to give it to them in a fun way. My sister did an awesome job of accomplishing that! Look how neat and fun...
A beautiful evening with the ones I love so dearly! Feeling incredibly blessed by this family of mine.
