Ever since Mason was a baby we have been visiting Santa at Bass Pro shop! We have always loved the backdrop and decorations at Bass Pro. They didn't have Santa in 2020 due to Covid, so we were excited they brought him back for 2022! I took off work on Friday, December 10th so we could have a festive family day and knock out several of our Christmas-time traditions. We began our day with a Santa visit and some Christmas shopping at Bass Pro Shop.
On the way to Bass Pro, I began checking to see if there were any timeslots available. I started booking one timeslot but wasn't quick enough. It kept telling me they were fully booked. I was so bummed! But, something told me to check again as we were pulling into the parking lot and low and behold, I got a timeslot for just 10 minutes away! So we parked and hurried inside. I expected to walk in and find it extremely crowded with a line to wait in. However, there was no one there and we walked right up to Santa - even earlier than our timeslot had said! I was confused, but grateful nonetheless. Mason chatted with Santa for a while. I took pictures and then we collected our free print and were on our merry way!
We had a few people on our list that we wanted to shop for while at Bass Pro, so we did just that. Every time we come to this Bass Pro Shop, Mason asks to take a picture with this shark!
