Dear Jesus, I pray that You may be glorified in our season of waiting. Sanctify me and draw me closer to You. Help me to remember that it's not 'waiting' for you and that you are 'working'. May I fill the aching parts of my heart with prayer and faith in Your sovereignty. Amen.
Dear Friday, I'm so glad to see you! It was Mason's first week back to school after Christmas break and it was hard on this mama's heart! I get so spoiled to spending my days with him and then ache when he has to go back to school. Oh how I love him so!
Dear summer break, where you at?
Dear Hubby, I am so happy that you chose to pray about that job situation! God answered your prayers with so many affirmations. God is so, so good. And, I am glad to see you finally at peace about your choice!
Dear Mason, little dude!! You have amazed your Daddy and I yet once again with your academics! Your testing scores you have brought home lately. Whoa to the whoa! Great job sweet boy!
Dear dry skin, go away! Anyone else get so dry in the winter? If you have any secrets for dry skin send them my way, please!
Dear flu, you can take a hike as well. I have been a little freaked out about the news coverage on the flu this year. All I keep hearing is how bad it is and the vacine is only about a 10% coverage. We are using hand sanitizer and oils like crazy around here.
Dear New Year, you pretty little thing you! Thank you for bringing me motivation and inspiration to do all the things. I feel so refreshed and ready to take on 2018!!
Dear blog friends, thank you so much for all of your help with the disqus comment thing yesterday. I think it's working? And I think I love it already!
Dear The Great Outdoors cabin, I can't wait to see you in June! We are going to have so many adventures and make so many memories with you! I hope you're ready for all of us.
Dear church, we didn't realize how much we had missed you. We didn't have Wednesday services the week before and the week after Christmas and then we were out of town the following two services. It was so good to be back with our church family. And Wednesday? Oh man, you were good for my soul. I'm so blessed by my ladies class!
Dear home, slowly but surely I am getting you back into shape! It will not be long before you are completely re-organized and making this little ocd heart of mine the happiest girl.
Dear Walmart grocery pick-up, you are a total game changer. Why didn't we do this sooner? I can work on my order all week long, order on Friday and pick up on Sunday right after church. Such a time saver! And saves a lot of frustration and stress too.
Dear Weekend, bring it on. Let's find some adventure, okay? Have a good one, friends!
