I've been a little absent from this space lately. It's just been entirely too hectic lately. First we were sick...then I had some wisdom teeth taken out. I just haven't had time to sit at the computer and blog. I miss it.
Let's see...what have we been up to?
Friday my boys were home so I got to visit with them while I worked and even got to have lunch with them. I love those days!! It was a pretty day so we spent some time outside.
That evening we attended a very beautiful Christ-centered wedding! The bride is the sister of Nate's best friend. It was at the most beautiful place called Classic Oaks Ranch in Mansfield TX. It was such a lovely evening. Mason enjoyed dancing all evening and then playing with his friends outside chasing Junebugs. I loved getting to see my best friend (she lives about 3.5 hours away).
Saturday morning Mason had a Blast Ball game and then we had a quick lunch together before Nate's mom and I had to rush off to a Bridal shower for my soon to be sister in law. It was "Fiesta" themed full with a margarita machine. It was really nice! That evening went to dinner with our Best friends sans kids. I don't have pictures of that evening because I guess we were too busy enjoying ourselves! Love spending time with them!!
And Sunday just went by entirely too fast! We did housework/yardwork/grocery shopping...all that jazz that you don't want to do, but have to.
This week is Teacher Appreciation week at school and I am having fun with it! Today's theme was chips and a drink. We did a Subway giftcard. It follows the theme, but is a little different.

ReplyDeleteHas he hit a growth spurt lately or what!? He has grown up so much in the last few weeks it seems. So cute! And I love that he is in T-ball. I can't wait for Paisley to play. :)
