{He said what? 44-46 months}

Time for another round of things Mason says! I haven't posted any of these in a long time. Quite frankly, this kid is so witty it's hard to keep up. Everything that comes out of his mouth is hilarious {okay, not everything. Fits are not hilarious} and he never stops talking...so ya, hard to keep up! I try to put them on FB when I can because that's an easy way to track them. But I want them here too.

Back in January we were driving to the Air Force base in the middle of the night. Mason was half asleep and a little mad at us for waking him. We were behind a Toyota and Mason says...

"Toyota. let's go places"

One cold day in January...

"Mama, can we go outside for just one minute?"

No baby it's cold outside.

"Just for a little second to take a picture together?"

"Mama you are so cute."

Aww, thanks baby.

"Welcome. But you are. You're a whole bunch cute."

Mason was practicing drawing the letter "M" all over a piece of paper...

Good job baby! M for Mason.

"And you. Your name has an M in it too."

No, Crystal is spelled C-R-Y-S-T-A-L

"No, you're not Crystal. You're my Mama and Mama has an M in it. See I told you."

Nathan and I were talking about how sore our legs were from climbing Enchanted Rock over the weekend. I was asking Nate how Mason wasn't sore. He chimes in...

"Because God made me that way Mama. God makes everything. And I am so glad God made you and my Daddy."

After swim lessons...

"Mama, that was awesome. I want to stay in this class forever. I like that coach."

"Mama I'm going to tell you something and then you tell me let er rip tater chip"

"Lets go to Walmart"

I was trying to get him out of bed so I was telling him that I saw the schoolbus and that our cat Lucy chased after it.

"Was Lucy trying to ride the school bus?"

I guess she loves it like you do.

"I don't."

Oh yeah? What do you like Mason? Toots and burps and frogs and worms and dirt and all kinds of boy stuff?

"Nope, I just like you and my Daddy."

We were all outside playing and working on the yard and the shop and I had just given Mason a bottle of Rt Beer. I turn around for 2 seconds and then back to see a huge wet spot on the sidewalk...

"Daddy can you build me a pretend jail?" - Mason

Out of what? - Nate

"Wood" - Mason

"Mama I don't want to be bad anymore. I want to be a good boy. I pushed a button on my leg and now I am good. See Mom?"
