{17 Weeks}

Our sweet baby boy turned 17 weeks old last Tuesday (yeah I am a bit behind).

That's 119 days, 2856 hours, 171,360 minutes that you have been with us Mason!! (keep pretending you are reading this last Tuesday!!)

We sure do love you, Monster! You are the love of our lives and we couldn't be any happier than we are when we are with you. We love to watch you grow and learn new things. We love to talk about you to each other, and to anyone that will listen! Mommy loves to watch you with Daddy, it melts her heart! You two have such a special bond and I absolutely LOVE it!

You are still getting cuter by the second!

- You still love to stand, go places, be outside, be the center of attention, and love your baths.

- You have a new love, solid foods! You get angry when we do not feed you fast enough. You are eating two containers of solids most nights. We normally give you 1 fruit and 1 vegetable.

- You love to talk and love to be talked to

- You're still not that interested in toys, but you love ceiling fans!!

- Mommy has a Randy Rogers video (Interstate) on her phone and you love to watch it. It's put you to sleep a couple times, too!

- You are 4-6 ounces every 2 -2 1/2 hours and get 1 juice bottle a day

- You weighed 17lbs exactly today.

- You are mostly in 6 -9 month clothes. Some 3 months fit you if they are on the bigger side. Most of your pajamas are 12 mths and 18 mths and you are ridiculously cute in pajamas!!

- We haven't used the bassinet much at night because you are teething pretty good right now. You nurse more often for comfort and it's easier having you in bed with us. Plus we get to cuddle with you, so it's extra sweet for Mommy and Daddy!

- Speaking of teething, you are right smack-dab in the worst part of it right now...or so says a first time Mommy! It's pure heartbreaking to watch, too. It puts me into tears. I wish there was more that I could do for you baby boy! You are pulling on your ears, get really uncomfortable and it hurts you to eat. :(

- Besides the teething you are normally pretty happy! Everyone is having a blast playing with you!

- Still in size 2 diapers, for now
