Our local Jeep meets on the first Thursday of every month. These meets are most often at a local restaurant in the Waxahachie/Midlothian/Ennis area. This month we met at Bluebonnet BBQ. We had an amazing turnout and the food was delicious!!
Bluebonnet has been hit or miss lately (at least for me) but this time it was really good. They had a Thursday special that was chicken fried steak! I opted for that and I'm so glad I did. They gave us our own private room and it was perfect for our large group.
One of my favorite things about Bluebonnet BBQ is the location! It's so, so good for sunsets.
