I've mentioned here before that I am a club vice president for a nationwide all girls Jeep club. It's such an amazing community of women and one that brings me great joy. We frequently have meets at local restaurants, arcades, movies, etc. It's just a night to get together and have community! Our Ellis County chapter recently met at Midlo Scoops - an ice cream place in Midlothian.
Midlo Scoops has so many amazing homemade flavors! They were out of my favorite (Nana Puddin) when we went. I guess it means we'll have to make another trip back. Here are some of their flavors (it changes daily/weekly).
It had been raining earlier in the day so we weren't sure the meet was even going to happen. Thankfully, it did and we had a pretty good group come out. It was great to get to visit with everyone.
