// I scheduled this post on Wednesday because I am OFF today! I am going with Mason's Kindergarten class on a field trip to the Dallas Zoo. I am so dang excited about it, too. I love the zoo. And hey, I'll take a day off work any day!
// I just found out that Mason's soccer coach is a stylist for Stitch Fix and I am geeking out about it. How cool is that? I know tons of people that order Stitch Fix, but this is my first to actually know a stylist.
// The sermon at church this past Sunday was very convicting, but oh so good!
// I spaced out and forgot that Nashville had started back. I was 5 episodes behind. Best believe I binge watched them all. Deacon + Rayna #forever! And what is up with Layla's hair in these episodes? Those short bangs are crazy!
// I totally slacked on preparing for Mason's birthday party. Usually I am pretty much done with everything by now! Oops! I have a little over three weeks until the party...get it together Crystal. Hey, at least I've had the venue booked for a few months. And the cupcakes and cookies are ordered. So there's that.
// I have so many Spring-themed posts and so many pictures I need to get on this blog before it's Summer. Spring is such a short season here in Texas. We normally skip straight to Summer after a few weeks.
// Tonight I am going to my first ever ladies fellowship gathering with the ladies at my church. I am so excited and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit nervous.
// This picture of Mason just kills me. When did he get so dang big?
// And this one just cracks me up!
That's all I have for today! What are you confessing today?
Love those pictures of Mason! So handsome and growing up quickly. Stop!! WE always have a really short spring here too. It makes me kind of sad, but who am I kidding we love the warm weather. :) Hope you have a blast at the zoo.
ReplyDeleteSo cool you know a Stitch Fix stylist! just have her style you on the side ;). And my gosh Mason is growing up way too fast! These boys need to stop immediately!
ReplyDeleteNashville has been so good lately! I love it! It's one of the few shows I look forward to.
ReplyDeleteHow cool is it that you know a Stitch Fix stylist. I bet you can't wait to see how she styles her coach's jersey for the games! :)
I LOVE Nashville but I'm still only on Season 2 on Netflix. I was late to that game!! Haha!!
ReplyDeleteHave fun at the zoo! We take Mila all the time (we have a season pass) and I think I love it just as much as she does! How cool that Mason's coach is a Stitch Fix stylist! Can't wait to see what you're doing for Mason's birthday party!
ReplyDeleteI love the zoo too! And I'm really glad that here in Kansas, we seem to have a longer spring time than we did in NJ.
ReplyDeleteYou need to get all sorts of insider tips from the stylist!!! Also, Finn's birthday is May 5th and I have exactly one thing done for the party! One!!!
ReplyDeleteHow cool is that.. They are a stylist !!! Chelsea @ http://thewilliamsjourney1.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteOne of Russ's mom's coworkers is a Stitch Fix Stylist part time, too. I would LOVE that job!
ReplyDeleteI just can't stay up for Netflix right now. I miss it! We don't have DVR either! :(
ReplyDeleteHow do you even become a stylist?! So cool!
Those pictures are adorable...especially the second one! My BFF from high school is a SF stylist! She's given me a lot of inside info that I find really interesting! Turns out, it's not quite as personalized as SF makes you think it is. :(
ReplyDeleteI love that the party is 3 weeks away, you've had things booked for MONTHS and you still feel like you're behind. Such a planner! I just ordered invites to Mac's 4th birthday last night and I've yet to do anything else. At all. When you finish Mason's party, please come help me!
ReplyDeleteWhat's Mason's soccer coach's name? Is it Amy? Because she is my stylist and I love her!
ReplyDeleteHope you had the best day off with Mason and his class at the zoo!
The Stitch Fix headquarters is in San Francisco and thats only 2 hours away from where I live! Actually thredUP has HQ there too. And sadly I really dont like that city haha. Hope you had a fabulous day off!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great picture of Mason! I hope you had a great time on the field trip! XOXO
ReplyDeleteI want to be a stylist!! So fun! And I'm in the same position with Wyatt's birthday party...I've got the park reserved & cupcakes ordered. I mean, what else do you really need?? ha!
ReplyDeleteLoved catching up with you by reading this! :) And yes, for real- Mason looks so old!!!
ReplyDeleteHow awesome that you know a SF stylist!!
ReplyDeleteNashville is so good right now! And I'm with you on Layla's hair.
Julia's birthday is in 4 months and I have nothing planned. Nothing! I'm pretty sure when Marcus was 8 months old I'd had everything planned and done by this point.
Dude! He does look SO big in that photo. Sorry mama. I HATE finding photos like that of my girls. Knowing a stylist for Stitch Fix has to earn you some major cool points in the blogging world.
