Happy Friday!!!
It's been a pretty good week, and for that I am thankful. Linking up for Five on Friday.
Tomorrow we are celebrating Mason's birthday with family and friends. His party falls on Memorial Day weekend and everyone and their Grandma's dog is usually out of town. We will be this year! So we are having his party a week before. He chose a "policeman" theme. My mother in law sent me a picture of his cake this morning and it's so cute!
My girl Amanda inspired me to update our "about me" section on the blog this week. I have the hardest time with those things. How much do you put in? Leave out? I mean...Nathan and I have had 18 years together so of course there is a ton I could write. I just included the basics. It's boring, I'm sure. What do you put in those things? Anything I should add?
I always said that I would never buy my child character shoes. Well. I did. And. I kind of love them. He's so cute in them! And they're some of the less cheesy ones. They make him happy and that makes me happy! #neversaynever
Mason is not one to sit down and color in a coloring book. He usually gets bored with that in 2 minutes or less. But, give him a pen or marker and a blank piece of paper? Happy Camper! He loves to draw and write his name. And, he's not too shabby for a three almost four {gasp} old.

I love the cake! So cute!! And those character shoes aren't so bad! I'm usually not a fan, but those are cute! I am learning that a lot of my "I'll never..." are going to be rescinded now that I'm a mom!

Haha love the corny picture! Mason is too cute so concentrates in his drawings and loving those Spider-Man shoes. I need a whole new blog redesign and probably need to update some of my about me page too... In due time I guess :)

ReplyDeleteLove these shots. I have a super hard time with my about me page. I feel like mine is too long and wordy (and it needs to be updated pretty bad) but its so tough - what to include, what not to include!
