{Christmas Countdown}

The countdown to Christmas is on! Only 57 more days. Fifty-seven days...Can you believe that? That's only 4 more weekends to shop. Every year I say that I am going to get a head-start on shopping and store things away throughout the year. And, well, I fail again and again.

This year was no exception! Sigh.

I used to be a creature of habit and find myself just days before Christmas. That is so stressful! I'd rather be home with my family just hanging out, crafting and making Christmas recipes. Plus stores get so crowded and just plum crazy the closer it gets to Christmas.

Thank God for Internet shopping sites with amazing, unique gifts, right? I love finding personalized gifts or just something different for everyone. Things that you can't find in everyday stores. And I am a sucker for all things monogrammed!

We have many family traditions such as Nate's mom and I get each other pajamas and a scarf. I will be ordering my scarfs this year!  I also like the idea of a monogrammed throw blanket! I just may have to get a few for gifts.

What are some unique gift ideas you have this year?

  1. I know girl I said I was going to be better and jump on it and never did. I am thinking this year I am going to do some of the Monogram sweatshirts for the girls and a personalized mug like one I have and love. Im thankful for shopping online!!!
