Nate and I snuck away for a little weekend road trip. Mason opted to stay with his Grandparents. Our friend's daughter was playing in a tournament in CS and we thought it would be fun to go! Nate and I headed out after Mason's hockey on Saturday morning and got there late afternoon! We checked into our hotel, then went to grab some food, and then site see.
We ate at a burger place called Burger Mojo and it was delicious! Then we drove around the Texas A&M campus! We saw Kyle Field and the bonfire memorial. Then we drove down the main strip in town! It sure has grown up since the last time we were there.
Then we headed over to Lexie's game! We got to hang out with our favorite little baby!! She makes my heart so happy.
Sunday morning we got up a little early and went to Dutch Bros Coffee and Krispy Kreme. Then we did a little shopping before the game started! We found a fun little thrift store that had so many great things! We tried finding Mason an A&M hockey shirt but had no luck!
It was a fun little getaway!
