I really wanted to hire a photographer this year to take our family pictures in hopes of having some for Christmas cards. But, despite my best efforts we just couldn't fit it in. We are notorious for having the busiest of schedules which is both a blessing and a curse at times. Since Christmas cards {both sending and receiving} are one of my favorite things during Christmas time I knew I had to make this happen. So, I grabbed my boys, my camera, tripod and remote and we headed down to the pond to capture a few. It really went seamless and we were done in less than 10-15 minutes. For what it was I was ecstatic that we got a decent shot we could use for cards!
Once again we worked with Tiny Prints for our Christmas cards. With each Christmas season I am more and more impressed with Tiny Prints and their selection. If I am being honest, it took me over three hours {THREE} to choose a design! Even with the 'my photo' feature where you can see a preview of your picture in all the cards, I still had a hard task ahead of me. There were too many options and it was so hard to pick a favorite. These were some of the top contenders...
I loved the scalloped edges, the rounded edges, and the idea of an ornament card! We received a couple of the ornament cards last year and I thought they were the neatest thing!! But ultimately I settled on a square card! Square anything is my jam and I like that it's different than what most people send. Which design did I choose?
I chose the black design because it worked well with our outfits and I adored the gold! I customized our order with return labels, gold foil envelopes and liners.
When I received my cards I couldn't help but think that they were even more beautiful than I had expected! They are on a matte type paper, but the quality is just amazing. I was so excited to get these in the mail.
Tiny Prints is offering 40% off of everything plus free shipping. But hurry because the deal ends today!
