Mason had his first Rookie hockey practice on Saturday and he had a blast! It was so neat to see Mason get all suited up in his hockey gear for his first class. There is no greater joy than seeing your child so happy and excited about something.
These classes teach them how to skate as well as basic hockey skills. For first-timers on the ice, they stack buckets to help guide and balance on the ice. I thought that was such a neat thing to do! It certainly helped Mason. This was his 2nd time ever putting on ice skates. He did so well and can't wait until the next practice.
