We pulled off the ultimate surprise for Mason...
He knew we were going to the Stars game but he had no idea where we were sitting...
Nate and I kept our cool and we did all the same things that we normally do at a game. Mason played hockey for a bit outside, then we went inside to get his game puck, and then go down to the ice before finding our seats.
After Mason spent some time looking at the ice we told him we should go find our seats. Nate and I walked up 4 rows and sat down. The look on his face was priceless. To say he was surprised is an understatement. Once he knew where we were sitting he went back down to the ice to claim a spot for warm-ups! So cool to see everything so close. Such a different atmosphere and perspective.
We had a blast getting to meet some of the season ticket holders in that area! Everyone was so kind and so much fun! I've said it before and I will say it again - there's nothing quite like a Dallas Stars Fan!
I'm so thankful for nights like this and that we're able to surprise Mason! I love to see his face light up with joy.
