{Mainstay Farm // 2017 Fall Bucketlist Update}

Another item we checked off our 2017 Fall Bucketlist was visiting Mainstay Farm. It's one of our favorite places to visit in the fall {pumpkin days} and winter {Christmas trees}! Mainstay Farm is a huge farm about 45 minutes from us that never disappoints. Mason looks forward to it each year. We had planned on going Saturday, but with the new Jeep we had too many errands to run and didn't make it. So, we went on a Sunday. We were there when the gates opened and the line was already incredibly long! But, once we got in the gates it didn't feel crowded at all. The place is so big and there are so many things to do that it's hard to feel crowded. We had such a good time!

If I'm being honest, I was so sick and wanted to leave about 30 minutes after we got there. It was windy and making me feel worse. But, I sucked it up and we ended up having a really good time. We had to stop at the Chalk covered car first to sign it. Mason signed his name and then drew crosses all over the car! Goodness, I love him! After drawing on the car we were off to a little barn/hay jumping while waiting on the hayride.

The hayride took us up the hill to the three story tree-house, mazes, pedal cars and so much more. I think this area is Mason's favorite! We stayed up there for an hour or more and Mason played his heart out. He made a little friend and they ran through the maze together. And then Nathan and Mason had fun on the pedal cars!

Next we went back down the hill for some tube sliding and apple shooting from a cannon!

Then it was time for Latvian swings and the jumping pillow! And of course our root beer we get every time!

We took a gander at the pumpkins before leaving, but didn't buy any. We were already to our limit of pumpkins at home. They sure did have some awesome ones, though!
