{End of Season Hockey Party // 2024}

 This past weekend we wrapped up Mason’s very first season of league hockey with an end-of-the-season party...and y’all, it was such a fun and memorable time. We celebrated at the Cidercade in Arlington, TX, and I think it’s safe to say the kids had an absolute blast. With all the retro arcade games, pinball machines, and good energy, it was the perfect spot to let them run wild and just enjoy being kids after a season of hard work and dedication on the ice.

I still can’t believe Mason’s first season of league hockey is already behind us. It truly flew by in the blink of an eye. This season was full of so many firsts, new experiences, learning curves, and growth...not just for Mason as a player, but for us as a family navigating this new hockey world together.

We are incredibly thankful for the coach Mason had this season. He was supportive, encouraging, and really poured into the kids, not just as athletes, but as people. And the friendships Mason has made through this sport? That’s been one of the biggest blessings. These boys have formed such a tight-knit bond, and it’s been amazing watching them cheer each other on, push each other, and truly become a team.

After the arcade, we headed over to Grease Monkey Burgers for some grub...and let me tell you, nothing hits quite like burgers and fries after a long day of fun and games.

So proud of our boy and this milestone. I have a feeling this is just the beginning of a long, exciting hockey journey.
